• A plastic round disc of 110mm x 110mm and 0.7mm thickness, of polypropylene plastic sheet.
• 12 markings along with numbers 1-12 printed on the circumference of the circle in black ink.
• Centre knob fixed by reverse rivet to hold movable hands of 50 mm and 30 mm.
• The ink should be free from any hazardous substance for which documentary proof should be submitted.
